Leslie Braverman is a yogi (E-RYT) and scientist (MS) with over twenty years of yoga teaching experience. She has studied with yoga masters throughout the U.S. and India and specialists in physical therapy and neuromuscular re-education.
Leslie teaches a blend of anatomy-based flow yoga, strength and stability work, and energy-mastery practices. Her approach is science-backed, dynamic, and fun while providing a foundation for healthy movement patterns both on and off the mat. Her teachings are rooted in Ashtanga and the LYT Method.

Enjoy a mindful, Trauma Informed, healing space with Michal Retter, E-RYT, YACEP. Her Yin Yoga classes are fabulous for people with chronic pain & illness, working with cancer and anyone needing to bring more stress relief into their lives. These classes are also suitable for anyone that enjoys a slower paced practice with an emphasis on relaxation.
Michal holds deep, contemplative space for profound healing. She specializes in Yin & Gentle Yoga. She has been teaching yoga for nearly 25 years. Her classes are inclusive, accessible, and offer internal spaciousness for the practitioner. She emphasizes emotional well-being.
Michal was born and raised in Israel and also lived in South Africa during the apartheid. She has been witness to many traumas of humanity, and now teaches trauma informed practices to support mind/body connection and the perseverance through long term illnesses and pain within her students. You will feel emotionally sound and relaxed during and after her classes, and you will have splendid sleep afterwards!

We begin with gentle, breath-led movement—standing and lying stretches that soothe sore muscles, soften tightness, and create space in the body. As breath and movement align, you’ll feel yourself naturally slipping into a state of deeper ease.
The second half of class invites you into stillness with a guided meditation (seated or lying down), designed to calm the mind, restore balance, and expand your inner quiet.
We close with a brief return to the body—soft stretches to gently release anything stirred during meditation—so you leave feeling grounded, open, and ready for a peaceful night.
