We begin with gentle, breath-led movement—standing and lying stretches that soothe sore muscles, soften tightness, and create space in the body. As breath and movement align, you’ll feel yourself naturally slipping into a state of deeper ease.
The second half of class invites you into stillness with a guided meditation (seated or lying down), designed to calm the mind, restore balance, and expand your inner quiet.
We close with a brief return to the body—soft stretches to gently release anything stirred during meditation—so you leave feeling grounded, open, and ready for a peaceful night.
